Frankie Ballard has played over 400 shows in the last two years in North America alone and isn’t slowing down any time soon! The Warner Bros. Records/Warner Music Nashville recording artist is planning to add to that number this March, this time taking his high energy show overseas to the United Kingdom and Germany. To kick things off, Ballard will make his first stops March 11 and 13 in London for the C2C: Country to Country annual multi-day country music festival. Fans will have a chance to see Ballard performing on the Yamaha Stage and as one of the three official C2C After Show Party artists. The festival takes place each March and, after just two years, has become Europe's largest country music festival, welcoming over 50,000 fans across the weekend.

"This is my first time overseas, and if I'm honest, I'm both nervous and excited to see how we're received,” said Ballard. “What can I say? It's a big deal for me. I know one thing though, we're gonna be bringin' the heat."

“It All Started With A Beer,” the current single from his forthcoming album due later this year, is currently climbing the radio charts. The project is already creating buzz, with Rolling Stone including it in their “35 Most Anticipated Country Albums of 2016” list and noting that “Beer” is “a slow-dance ballad that swings, swoons and grooves.” The song is available at iTunes and Spotify.

His previous album, Sunshine & Whiskey, produced three consecutive no. 1 singles – the platinum-certified “Sunshine & Whiskey,” the gold-certified “Helluva Life,” and one of the Top 3 Billboard Country Airplay songs of 2015, “Young & Crazy.”

First single from 2016 album out now on iTunes and Spotify!

Frankie Ballard releases the first single from his forthcoming new album to radio today and it all starts with a cold one.

“It All Started With a Beer,” follows three consecutive No. 1 songs and is the first single from his as-yet-untitled third album, due early in 2016. The song is already available at iTunes and Spotify!

"This song is about how the biggest moments in our lives, the ones we find ourselves talking about down the road, usually start in an amazingly small, humble way,” says Ballard. “I'm proud of the way the production on this tune supports the lyric. When that slide guitar comes cruisin' in, I start feeling all different types of good...and thirsty. I hope people slow dance to this song and remember why they've tried so hard to stay together. "

“It All Started With a Beer” is a simple and sentimental look back at love and happiness that’s grown over time despite the bumps life offers along the way. It starts with a simple acoustic guitar played over a vibey organ line and builds like a couple swirling on the dance floor to one of the Michigan-born Ballard’s laidback guitar solos as he sings “Ain’t it crazy, baby, how we got here/it all started with a beer.”

Hear new music from Ballard this winter as he tours with Randy Houser on the We Went Tour and plays solo dates around the country, including his sixth annual Country Christmas Concert on Saturday, Dec. 19, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The show will benefit the Detroit chapter of Notes for Notes®, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth with completely free access to music instruments, instruction and recording studio environments. Frankie Ballard was indeed young and crazy when he left his hometown of Battle Creek, MI for Nashville 10 years ago. A lot of hard work and determination lead to the release of his full length album SUNSHINE & WHISKEY, which debuted Top 5 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. 18 months later, Ballard is celebrating his third consecutive #1 single from that album with “Young & Crazy” taking the top spot on both the Mediabase and Billboard Country Airplay Charts this week! “Young & Crazy” follows his two previous GOLD-certified #1 hits “Helluva Life” and “Sunshine & Whiskey.”

"I couldn't have asked for more out of this album or my fans. It has been so much fun playing it for you on the road these past months," shares Frankie. "Thank you to all the people who make Country Radio possible. My spirit is celebrating today!"

Playing over 400 shows across North America in the past two years, the "headliner in the making" (ROLLING STONE) is currently on Florida Georgia Line's 2015 ANYTHING GOES Tour. This winter he will join Randy Houser's WE WENT TOUR as direct support, which kicks off November 20 in Corbin, KY. Frankie has previously opened for Jake Owen, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift and longtime idol Bob Seger.

SUNSHINE & WHISKEY is now available on iTunes.
